Freight
We have sent furniture all over the country including the South Island, and to the Pacific.
These freight prices are a guide only – ask us for a firm quote when ordering. Carriers will offer different rates depending on how busy they are, or if they have another delivery nearby. Any distance off the main route will add a per km cost.
- Small package (eg chair canvas) $12 North Island, $32 South Island.
- Courier to most of greater Auckland (umbrellas with two-piece poles, cushions, replacement canvas) $12.
- Auckland, in the area bounded by Massey/Titirangi to the west, Albany to the north, Botany to the east and Manukau to the south: $115 inc GST with one man van $115, two man truck $140, Auckland outside this area, $140 per hour.
- Outside Auckland, if you let us know your address we will arrange for a transport company to quote, and will forward this to you.
If you live in a remote area, do you know someone who lives in town who could take delivery, and you could take it from there? Most firms charge extra per km each way for distance off the main route.
And of course the cheapest option is to collect in your own wagon, trailer, or truck.
